„A sanitary pad was left on the floor when we arrived.“

„The staff was friendly. For breakfast they have waffles, eggs, potatoes, cereals, bagels, muffins and yogurt; along with orange and apple juice as well as coffee and tea. The location is horrible. Getting in and out of the parking lot onto the road and back again is definitely tricky. They’re located by lots of dining places and a dollar tree but there’s hardly any sidewalks if you decide to take a walk. “

„Sehr schönes Zimmer mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Leider war der eigentlich schöne und grosse Balkon unbrauchbar, weil die Lüftung der Küche 24h den ganzen Küchengestank bis zum 13. Stock hoch blies. Die Poolanlage ist karg und lieblos. Wir haben etwas das Wüsten-Feeling im Aussenbereich vermisst. Das Personal ist sehr nett und äusserst aufmerksam. “

„I really liked this hotel. Staff are very friendly. The complementary breakfast was excellent. I don’t know where they buy their comforters and pillows for the bed, but they really made my sleep so comfortable. Very convenient to shopping and Whole Foods is just a couple blocks away.! I will definitely stay here each time. I come back to Phoenix every summer.“

„Wunderschöne, grosszügige Hotelanlage, vier Pools, dass man auch Ruhe findet, moderner und grosser Fitnessraum. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen (dunkle Möbel, Teppich etc). Wir hatten ein rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer und die Walk-in-Shower hat jedesmal das Bad geflutet :-( Viele Parkplätze, aber keine überdachten. Gute Lage, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gepflegte Umgebung. “
