„The place was amazing but Hotels.com messed up my reservation and I wasn't able to stay there. We arrived late as our flight was delayed and the guy at the front was wonderful and very helpful, but our booking was not there and we had to find another place to stay.“

„Had such an amazing stay in this beautiful riad! Osama was so lovely, helpful and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and huge with a very comfortable bed. Every corner of the riad is so cozy and rustic. Not to mention the incredible rooftop. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast there. All of the staff were so kind! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!“

„Dieses Riad liegt mitten in der Medina und ist sehr hübsch. Da die Medina wie ein grosses Labyrinth ist, empfiehlt es sich abgeholt zu werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Morgen gibt es ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und Tee kann man jederzeit bestellen. Die Zimmer sind hübsch und sauber. Schöne Dachterrasse.“

„Das Riad ist sehr schön und gut gelegen mit auto gut erreichbar,jedoch ist zu viel in die Hose gegangen als das wir es empfehlen könnten. Am tag vor Anreise schrieben wir eine e-mail für die adresse vom Parkplatz fürs navi, mail wurde nicht beantwortet. Am morgen beim anruf wurde gesagt die Rezeption sei erst ab 10uhr offen. Bei einem weiteren Anruf nach 10uhr, wir sollten uns bei Ankunft in Fes melden, der Avis Mitarbeiter übernahm das Gespräch und bekam eine anfahrtsadresse.vor ort liess man ...

„Malgré notre arrivée très tardive deux heures du matin Ahmed a été disponible pour nous et a pris le temps pour expliquer tout ce qu'il fallait pour notre hébergement le petit déj que nous avons eu le matin était super j'ai eu besoin d'une aide pour m'orienter dans la médina Ahmed m'a envoyé quelqu'un dans les 5 minutes qui ont suivi je recommande énormément si je dois être hébergé à Fès une autre fois ce sera là“

"Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour l'emplacement. Il est à côté de la gare et dispose d'une belle piscine et d'un beau parc. Le personnel étaient aux petits soins pour ma fille et moi-même. Si je retourne à Fes, je réserverai à nouveau une chambre dans cet hôtel. "
