„Benefits of the hotel are a clean bedroom and free parking. Negatives include the breakfast (area way too small to accommodate all hotel guests, limited healthy options, some breakfast options consistently empty and not being refilled even 30mins before close). Also 2 elevators not sufficient for size of the building. Train station close to hotel not yet working, had to take the bus to Finch West to catch the train to downtown Toronto which increased the commute by an additional 30mins“

There are places in Toronto for similar prices that have functioning AC, drawers with clothing items belonging to previous guests (someone's nasty socks), and parking available to guests (the listing here says it has parking, but that is a lie - you have to use city parking). All communication with the property management is through text. We texted them about how warm the room was (AC not functioning), and they gave a blanket statement about Green initiatives ...

„Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt - the annex ist ein sehr guter und ruhiger Stadtteil Torontos - sofortiges "Local-Feeling" mit allem was man braucht... Das Hotel ist das, mit Abstand beste, welches ich bisher in Toronto hatte (3 Trips). Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und haben mir das Gefühl gegeben Zuhause zu sein - würde das Hotel beim nächsten Mal sofort wieder buchen und kann es wirklich zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.“
