The Space:

Yorkshire Rose House sleeps up to 18 guests. The bedroom layouts are as follows.



On the first floor there are:



– 2 family bedrooms containing one double bed and two single beds



– 2 family bedrooms containing one double bed and one single bed



– 1 double bedroom containing one double bed



On the ground floor there is:



-1 double bedroom containing one double bed



The property has three shower rooms, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each of these contain a walk-in shower, basin, and W/C. On the ground floor there is kitchen-dining area and a large separate lounge.



The main door of the property provides access to the shared lawn space and patio where you will find a hot tub (max. 8 people) exclusively for the use of guests of Yorkshire Rose House.



Pets are welcome at a charge of 30 GBP extra.

As a guest at Yorkshire Rose House, you will have exclusive access to the entire six bedroom property, which is designed to comfortably accommodate up to eighteen guests. Inside, you are free to enjoy the spacious ground floor kitchen and dining area, as well as the large separate lounge perfect for group gatherings. Outside, the main door leads to a shared lawn space and a private patio area, where you can unwind in your own exclusive hot tub. You will also benefit from free parking on the premises, including a designated disabled parking spot, ensuring easy arrival and departure for all members of your party.

We offer ample free parking directly on the premises for guests arriving by car, including a designated disabled parking space to ensure comfortable access for everyone. While the property is tucked away in the peaceful countryside, you are just a short ten minute drive from the heart of York. For those traveling by train, York Railway Station is easily accessible from the property by a short taxi ride of approximately fifteen minutes. Local bus services operate in the surrounding area, though we recommend having a car to fully enjoy the flexibility of exploring the wider Yorkshire landscape at your own pace.

To ensure your stay at Yorkshire Rose House is as comfortable as possible please note that check in time is from 1500 and check out time is by 1100. We operate a contactless check in system for your convenience. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. While we love pets we do require prior notice and please be aware that additional charges may apply for bringing pets along. We are delighted to welcome families and groups and the property is suitable for events. Please ensure that all guests are at least 18 years of age. You will have access to free parking on site including a designated disabled parking space.
