"Die Unterkunft ist neu und unser Zimmer war super aufgebaut. Das Bad hat eine Trennung der Toilette und es gibt sehr viel Stauraum. Generell gab es viel Platz für alles und die Klimaanlage und der Luftaustauscher waren im Sommer wirklich Gold wert! Der Ausblick war wunderbar - zwar gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel eine Baustelle aber dank der mehrfachen Verglasung haben wir nichts davon gehört :) Abends konnte man entspannt den Ausblick genießen und die Lage des Hotels ist einfach super. Man ist direkt an der Linie 2, hat Zugang zu Bussen und auch zu Fuß kann man viele schöne Ecken einfach erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, respektvoll und immer professionell. "

"Das Hotel ist wirklich extrem gut! Die Lage ist für Menschen, die gerne einkaufen möchten und zentralen in Seoul wohnen möchten. Ideal. Man hat direkt vor der Tür Anbindung an die Metro. Beim Frühstück gab es wirklich Unterschiede. Der erste Morgen war extrem gut. Die beiden weiteren Tage waren eher normal, was die Auswahl anging."

The room was a comfortable size for one person, though it might feel a bit tight for two people with luggage. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly, greeting me every time I passed by, which made me feel very welcomed. Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s services during my stay, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Myeongdong, which is so convenient for shopping and exploring. The subway (Line 1) and bus stops are right around the corner, making transportation very easy. On check-out, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. A helpful male staff member, along with two other workers, assisted me in finding my taxi driver and helped load my luggage into the car. This thoughtful gesture really made my departure smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, offering excellent service and a fantastic location!"

"Entered the hotel at around 14:00 hrs and was immediately guided to the reception desk and was told that checkin is only at 15:00 hrs. And I could leave my suitcase there. I noticed other guest who could get into their room already at that time. But okay. I left and came back after 15:00 hrs and could do the checkin. Room on 16th floor. Nice large room and bathroom with that wooden bathtub (which I didn’t use). Breakfast - I slightly expected more options for a hotel of this size and for the paid price. But overall it was okay. Nice hotel, I recommend this hotel for a few nights in Seoul. Thank you"
