All the staff was great and Virginia helped us arrange all our transportation and our tour. We also loved Inti, the baby alpaca!! „All staff members were fantastic . We are a complete vegetarian family. They were able to modify their meat dishes to vegetarian dishes so we can still have Peruvian food experience. The hotel is really pretty, and luxurious. Resort type feel. “

„The owners are very nice and the location is beautiful. It's a little walk away from the main part of town, but not much at all. We were allowed to park our motorcycles inside, which was great. There is no AC, but it wasn't necessary with the windows open. Breakfast was good. No issues! “

„Zu Beginn gab es direkt Probleme, da da Hotel kostenloses Parken ausgelobt hat, vor Ort davon dann aber nichts wissen will und mich zum Bezahlparkplatz ein paar hundert Meter weiter schickt. Man spricht kein Wort englisch, was okay ist aber das Bemühen simpeö auf spanisch zu kommunizieren war auch nicht da. Ameisen im.Zimmer, vor allem am und IM Bett, sehr laute Wasserleitungsgeräusche ab 5 Uhr morgens alle 20 Sekunden raubten mor beide Nächte den Schlaf. Mini Waschbecken nur mit kaltem ...

„The location of this property was gorgeous, truly being a luxury aparthotel. It was stunning being surrounded by the Andes mountains. With that said, this location is great if you have a car, otherwise an Uber into Urubamba is not possible. They can call you a taxi, but ensure that you have Soles on hand! We were looking forward to dinner at the restaurant but were told the chef got into an accident. They ordered us a pizza instead of having to go into town. “

The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... „Totally unique amazing architectural piece of art. The organic structure is so cool. Stayed in a delux suite with jacuzzi. Room was fabulous (if more than a little quirky!) you have to forgive some of the shortcomings due to the design (not the best fitting windows, access down track a little hard for taxis, asking them to turn on hot water for jacuzzi). „Personal absolut unfähig und dreist, für alles wird extra abkassiert, ordentliches Preisniveau aber kaum serviceorientiert. Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber, Restaurant und Frühstück angesichts des Preisniveaus mittelmäßig. „We landed at the hotel after our sightseeing tour late evening by which time the Manager Yesy had gone for the day. Our 1 night stay had an interesting set of rooms. We were 2 families- the entry had a sitting area with TV between the two bedrooms with separate lockable doors each. It was a basic room with 3 twin beds for two people. „We had a lovely quiet stay in the guest house (apart from when the washing machines were in use outside!). Jorge was very accommodating in looking after our luggage while we went to Macchu Pichu. My only disappointment was that we booked our room specifically because it said there was a private hot tub, but when we arrived we were told there wasn’t one, yet it is still advertised as having one… so just don’t book this place for the hot tub!“

"Wenn Ihr Charme und Außergewöhnlich suchen, das ist das richtige Hotel. Das koloniale Design mit Flair, das Cafe am Gleis, das Restaurant am Abend und der Garten geben das Gefühl, ein Film wird gedreht! Natürlich ist das Zimmer Kalt und das Zentrum fast 1km weit entfernt aber who cares? 3 Minuten im Tuk Tuk und Ihr seid da. Sie werden praktisch im Bahnhof sein, auf dem Weg nach Machu Picchu kann die Übernachtung da super sein. Unbedingt buchen!"
