Das Ferienhaus Bay View Villa befindet sich in Playa Blanca und ist die ideale Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die 148 m² große Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern und bietet somit Platz für 6 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Highspeed-WLAN (für Videoanrufe geeignet) mit einem eigenen Arbeitsplatz für Homeoffice, ein TV, ein Ventilator sowie eine Waschmaschine. Spacious holiday home away from it all

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is really big and well equipped. The pool and terrace were great for us. The house is a bit away from the infrastructure of Playa Blanca. A car is essential. The communication with the landlord Paul in the run-up to the trip was very good. The house key was provided in a key safe. We did not need any communication with the landlord during our stay.

Good look , a few little problems

We liked the house very much. The location is quiet and the view is very nice. We liked the facility. The only thing missing was a coffee machine. We bought an inexpensive one and left it at the villa. There is, however, a rather annoying problem with the Spanish neighbor on the left. This has obviously completely littered his property. Not only is this a worrying sight, the children are a bit neglected, but the three dogs that strike every time someone in the vicinity comes home are particularly annoying. We have seen this every day. On the Sunday after Christmas, this neighbor started his cement mixer to cement a channel at the pool. At the polite hint that it was Sunday, he just laughed. We strongly advise you to speak clearly to this neighbor on your next visit. The following comments on the equipment, which we ask not to be offended: - It should be checked whether the mattress in the pool-side bedroom needs to be replaced, which is very soft. -The kitchen was poorly cleaned on arrival. All the cabinet handles were stuck. The radio switches also showed traces of leftover food on the switch panel. We cleaned everything that we noticed was dirty. - We didn't get along very well with the television. It would be helpful if you provided more detailed instructions here. For example, we're not very interested in watching movies on netflix or other commercial channels. We would have liked to see normal television programs. We did find them, but the German channels could be seen for a maximum of 15 minutes at a time, then the connection collapsed. You need a better provider here, it's not a technical problem. After a few days we could no longer watch normal television programs because they were loaded but no longer called up. We are happy to consider renting the house again

Wir sind sehr zufrieden

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub in der Bay View Villa. Neben dem warmen Pool und der tollen Aussicht von der herrlichen Terrasse waren wie besonders von der gut ausgestatteten Küche begeistern. Sogar Tapasschalen in verschiedenen Größen sind vorhanden um einen Abend auf der Terrasse mit dem guten Wein aus Lanzarote perfekt zu machen. Wir empfehlen ein Auto, um die vielen schönen Ecken Lanzarotes erkundigen zu können. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist freundlich und schnell. Sollte mal etwas nicht in Ordnung sein kümmert er sich sofort um eine Lösung. Spätestens 12-24 Stunden ist es erledigt. Der Gast soll 100%tig zufrieden sein - wie waren es!

MAGNIFIQUE VILLA A PLAYA BLANCA

Spacieuse villa avec 3 chambres dont une très grande suite parentale. La piscine chauffée et éclairée de 7.5X3.5 est très agréable. La vue avec la mer à droite et playa blanca et ses lumières à gauche est superbe. Le mobilier intérieur et extérieur est de bonne qualité comme la litérie. Une très belle villa pour 6 personnes. Paul est disponible et très réactif. Dommage de ne pas avoir la climatisation dans les chambres...

Fabulous Villa

Great villa with stunning views and secluded pool. Well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Free super fast WiFi was a bonus. Well situated for all the major must see sights of Lanzarote. Would highly recommend!

Very spacious property could just do with a little updating. Outside space and pool lovely with plenty of seating and pool well maintained. Kitchen has plenty of equipment including both indoor and outdoor plates glasses etc. bathrooms all had plenty of hot water and powerful showers just need updating. Bedrooms fine although mattresses were firmer than we are used to. We had a hire car so location was good very peacefull apart from next doors dog but it did only bark when you came in or went out. We had a problem with no internet or tv when we arrived but dealt with the next day although the remote controls were a pain we even got new batteries but still didn’t work very well. Overall a good place to stay just needs a few little tweaks and a small welcome pack of water tea milk bread would be a great idea.

Beautiful Bay View Villa

A very spacious, well equipped and comfortable villa with an excellent heated pool and magnificent views over the mountains and bay. It benefits to have a hire car as it's a 20-25 minute walk into town but taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. The only criticism was buffering on the sky channels at times but Netflix was excellent as was the overall internet speed. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay and would have no hesitation in returning again.

Lovely Winter Break

Just what we all needed after being poorly over Christmas. Some lovely warm winter sun. Property was well equipped. Extra bonus that all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Pool being heated was great to enjoy a daily swim Getting a car whilst staying in this villa was a plus. Quite a walk to the centre, so convenience to come and go was useful. Frequented some lovely restaurants, Marina Rubicon worth a visit. Definitely would return. Booking the villa was very easy and owner responded quickly with all check in details. Another plus was the provided pool towels. Thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family.

Lovely spacious villa

Booked at short notice as our original villa with Villaplus was cancelled due to a double booking with 4 days to go, struggled to find a replacement but finally found this lovely spacious villa and feel so fortunate! All communication was excellent and clear, was a little nervous booking with Vrbo for the first time but no problems at all. The villa is excellent, ideal for families with teenagers like ourselves as bedrooms good size with own bathrooms, master suite is enormous with own seating and tv, appreciated Netflix access. Pool was lovely great temperature and v clean, sunloungers on lower level ideal to catch the late afternoon sun. Lovely sea view across the bay and mountains due to high position but still only a five minute drive down to Playa Blanca town. Overall a lovely villa and feel blessed to find it at such short notice!

Good communication with owners. Nicely furnished and equipped villa with comfy beds. Beautiful view over the bay and mountains. Nice pool but the Roman Steps go into the deep end of the pool so quite steep but this was mentioned . No problem if confident in water. I would recommend this villa and hope to return

Late booked break

Villa was reasonable value for money, semi detached but we were lucky enough not to have neighbours during our stay say cannot comment if noise would be an issue. The other neighbour had 3 large dogs which thankfully were mostly quiet. The villa itself is deceptively large with the master bedroom being frankly enormous. There was an issue with the TV services not working on arrival but they were quickly addressed by the local property managers. The pool felt a bit cool despite being heated (albeit the weather wasn't as good as we'd expected). A little tired in places (such as mirrors starting to rust) and the bed was a bit lumpy but otherwise good accommodation. Could have just done with some cleaning materials left for guests and there wasn't a dust pan. Overall I would consider returning however.

The Villa is well presented and situated in a quiet location with fantastic views of Playa Blanca and the mountains. The villa was spotlessly clean and well presented ( a credit to the cleaning / management team) The villa is deceptively spacious and the master bedroom a real luxury space. Loved spending time out on the terrace around the private pool and taking in the views of the mountains and the sea. The booking process was very easy and the owner answered any queries very promptly. The Villa is well equipped. it even has ast WiFi included! A 5 star villa I would certainly like to return too and recommend to others.

October getaway

This is an excellent property for getting away from it all. We were two couples on holiday together and it ticked many boxes. It is located a nice 35 minute walk from the centre of Playa Blanca which is a less the €5 taxi ride back. This enables you to get plenty of steps in prior to testing out the many bars and restaurants available. The villa itself is lovely and has all the facilities you could need. The master bedroom is massive and the showers may well catch you unawares. They look quite innocent but the water absolutely hurtled out (in a good way). Best of all was the outside space. The pool is lovely although the bottom step can catch you out as it is very high off the floor. The are surrounding the pool is equally good as there is always somewhere in the shade and somewhere else in the sun. Overall the villa is top quality and communication with Paul (the owner) was first rate. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Fabulous villa in wonderful location

We have just returned from a terrific stay where we really enjoyed the area and the wonderful location of the villa. The layout is excellent with a fantastic master bedroom suite and plenty of space for our guests to enjoy as well. The outside area is marvellous with great views towards playa blanca and papagayo and we had a good time in the warm pool as well. Recommend the villa to anyone who enjoys being away from the noise and bustle of the town and likes a little bit of luxury with a view.
