The plot of the house has an area of about 1,000m2. The pool solarium is about 400 m2, with hammocks and seating in the pool area.

From this solarium you can access another one of about 50 m2, with volcanic stone walls and floor with a wooden pergola, which is covered with two plants of passion fruit and in which there are rattan sofas to enjoy the nights and sunrises with its views of Fuerteventura. The pergola is covered with two plants of passion fruit.

The pool is heated by a heat pump that is supplied with energy by an installation of solar panels of about 50 m2 and with power of up to 8.7 kilowatts in the central hours of the day.

The pool has a certain heart shape and we recommend that while it is not in use, it be covered with a blanket, if you want to maintain a constant temperature of about 29 degrees in the winter season, the most important thing being to cover it during the hours that it is not. It is used and in the night hours.

The living area consists of a living room, with TV, two sofas, a dining table, etc.

The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator etc.

Next to the kitchen there is a small patio with a stone wall, which can be used as a drying area for clothes.

The main room has about 14 m2 with built-in wardrobes up to the ceiling and a TV in height to be able to see it from the bed.

It has an en-suite bathroom of about 12 m2, with a bathtub with shower and a toilet area. The room has air conditioning.

The house also has two other rooms of 14m2, which have built-in wardrobes to the ceiling, which can be reached through the hallway and which share a bathroom. This has a bathtub with shower.

These two rooms are bright, with a window to the pool area.

The main room has a window to an outdoor patio with a volcanic stone wall.

Next to the pool area is the garden that has plants, stones and cacti, some from Madagascar. A few meters high Alluandia Procera stands out.

There is a stone barbecue in the garden.

Inside the farm you can park 3 vehicles.
