And then there was the dessert section—absolutely divine! Decadent cakes, pastries, and ice cream and fresh fruit bar made it nearly impossible to choose (so we didn’t—we tried a bit of everything!). We had the chance to meet the Head Chef Jahir and the Exec. Pastry Chef Sanjaya who are real masters of their craft. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Bimlesh and his entire team always greeted us with a smile and were attentive without being intrusive and anticipated our needs before we even voiced them.
