„Very nice place and fantastic food in the pub!“

„Schönes Zimmer, nettes Ambiente, gutes Essen.“

„During our stay there was a water pipe burst that you still had not solved after two days.“

„The staff were very helpful & we had an excellent cooked breakfast.“

„The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and give good advice of the area. It is a lovely walk into the town too. The food was exceptional everything of choice you could possibly wish for.“

„Great location for a place to stay in Shrewsbury. Abbey Foregte is close enough to the town centre for walking in, but quiet enough for staying. Parking was plentiful at the weekend. The bedrooms are described on the website as "stylish "....I would say plain. The bedding was clean, bathroom ok but it was difficult to get the shower to the right temperature...it was either boiling or cold. Room 5 had a frosted window but it was hot so we had it open. The room could do with a slight update....e.g. more plug sockets and a bigger ...

„I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.“
