"The first room we were given was horrible!! As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the smell of mildew and mold!! The carpet was wet. Curtains didn’t close and the decorative curtains were barely hanging. The bedspread/comforter was clean but in rough shape with snags all over it."

"The only thing I have to say is that when we arrived there was a pile of sheets sitting in the hallway. I just moved them to laundry room. Couldn't get the gas grill to work but he came right over and changed the tank. Very nice man. Really was relaxing, just what was needed."
