The apartment makes a comfortable home from home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Go into the entrance hall and upstairs to the first floor and a large landing with a desk for work/writing postcards then head into the cosy sitting room. Enjoy the light and garden views from the large window, lounge on the sofa and watch TV or a good movie and cook delicious meals in the spacious kitchen to enjoy together at the table in the sitting room. The peaceful location means you’ll get a great night’s sleep in the comfy bedrooms, a king, and a twin, after a relaxing soak in the stylish bathroom. Outside is a nature lover’s paradise. Sit beside the pretty waterfall, wander the lawns and wildflower meadows, and watch the wildlife on the lakes and river where otters, deer, kingfishers, herons, and all sorts of birdlife visit.

Hollesley village (less than 0.5 miles away) has a handy shop, Post Office, and pub, and Woodbridge, with a range of independent shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants is 8 miles away. Head to the charming village of Orford (9.5 miles) to visit Orford Ness Nature Reserve, look around the castle, and book a boat trip on the river. Go to the beach at Aldeburgh (11 miles), look around Benjamin Britten’s former home and studio, The Red House, and visit the famous Snape Maltings arts complex (10 miles).
