„The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and in a lovely quiet location, while being the center of town. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay, and everything we needed was provided. Nigel and Fiona were very helpful with the check-in and answering local questions.“

„This Farmhouse has an abundance of outdoor space and a small games room adjacent to the property. There is a long breakfast table, which easily accommodated 5 adults and 3 children and close by a tv, games & books for entertainment. Two separate lounges downstairs one has a tv (with Netflix) and the other lounge is for reading. There is a modern outdoor table and chairs perfect for having an evening meal. „A lovely place - the sort of house and garden you might see on Springwatch. Rubblestone Cottage adjoins the main farmhouse, and is a completely self-contained place with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Spotlessly clean, well appointed kitchen with everything you need for a stay - and a really nice welcome from Caroline, with fresh milk in fridge and biscuits on the table when we arrived.The house is only 10 minutes drive from Saxmundham, but feels like a world away - all you can hear ...
