„We were a party of five and really loved everything about this converted barn: The spacious layout, a well equipped kitchen, ensuite bathrooms and very comfy beds. „This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back “

„Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Wohnung sehr neuwertig und gemütlich. Außerdem sehr sauber. Schönes Bad mit Dusche und kleine aber feine Küche. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, mit 5 Personen. Für längere Aufenthalte würden wir die Wohnung allerdings nur für 3 Personen empfehlen, da man nur 3 Stühle und einen nicht all zu großen Tisch hat.“

„Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space.“
