Community amenities are plentiful at the newly constructed Timber Fox Condos and includes an underground heated parking garage for 1 vehicle, with additional parking outside for 1 on first come first serve basis, ski locker storage can be found on 1st level near elevator, bike storage can be found on North side of building 1st floor, trash chute on every floor to keep things clean, and recycling. In addition, Timber Fox has a community Hot tub, and firepit outside, for guests to enjoy!

Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability. This property does not allow pets (no exceptions per HOA policy not allowing renters to have pets; Please note the owners DO have a dog that stays on occasion).
