Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Ski get away
Condo was perfect for put family.
No reason to go out to eat, everything needed to cook was available. Couch was big and comfy to sit around after a full day on the slopes to watch movies. Location was perfect - short drive to everything

Perfect Summer Getaway
This is a beautiful condo with the perfect location! Our family visits Winter Park every winter but came up to get a break from the Oklahoma heat in July. We grilled on the patio & could listen to the music from the Rendezvous Event Center which is a short walk from the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Comfort
Timber Fox 1209 was a convenient, comfortable home base for us during our spring getaway.it was a quick drive to the resort and nearby Fraser for groceries. Quiet, and the most comfortable beds we've ever experienced in a rental. We slept better here than at home! Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge benefit, too. A few more coffee cups and towel hooks would make the unit perfect!

Great stay!
Great unit, had all we needed. Had trouble with ski locker access but was quickly resolved. Location made it easy to get to restaurants, shops and transport to resort - no need for a car if you are flying in. Would stay here again, nice hot tub too.

Will be back!!!!!
We had a wonderful stay in such a fantastic town! We spent the weekend with our kids, walking to the park to play ball, soaking in the awesome hot tub, going out for an excellent meal, and cooking one at the condo. We walked everywhere as the location was close to everything. This unit was super comfortable, and I loved the decoration of the music theme. The Xbox for the kids was a pleasant surprise.

The coffee maker did not work and we called for a replacement and never received one.Issue two was that someone enter the place while we were out skiing. We were not told that someone was coming into the room. What if we were actually there and they just came in? I call security and they told me that they did not come into the room but the HOA has access to come in the room any time they want. I really didn't feel my belonging were safe while we were out of the room!!!!

Perfect Vacation!
Wow...such a cool place. Had everything we needed and more. Private parking spot with a charger for our car. Kids played on the Xbox while mom and dad walked to town and had a couple drinks. Very warm and inviting amd the perfect place to vacation. Loved the music theme throughtout the place. The location was amazing! Being downtown was perfect and loved being able to walk to food and shopping. Looking forwad to comming back during the summer also.

Great location
I love that we could walk to the park and enjoy the free sledding down the hill. Check in was a little confusing for us but we had great customer service and fast response to ensure we were able to access the property. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The fireplace makes a pretty loud noise if you turn the heat on. Otherwise the ambiance of the fireplace while watching movies was perfect. We loved the kid space and it worked perfect for our four girls ranging from 2 to 17. We would stay there again. It would be nice to have a little more Christmas feel inside the condo during December but not a deal breaker.

Great for Winter Park Skiing
First, the host was terrific with communication. All information for directions, checking in and area attractions was provided well ahead of time and responses while we were there we quickly. It's a new condo that is fully outfitted with a modern kitchen (fully stocked with pots dishes, soap, coffee maker etc). We rented a 2br. 1 had a king, the other a twin & full bunk with pull out trundle. There was a a blow up full/queen in a closet. Our balcony had a Firepit we didn't use and there's a cool fireplace inside where you can change the color of the flames. It is located a block off the winterpark main town with lots of restaurants. I suggest Dena's a bistro or Hernando's which had crazy good pizza with an airy crust. The first day we parked at the mountain which was 2 miles away. There are a few hotels & condos there but I think they are older and further away from the restaurants. There are free buses that run to the mountain frequently just a block away. Christy sports where we rented skis is 2 blocks (fill out the paper work before you get there!). I would stay here again!
