building.

This condominium is unique in offering a washer/dryer unit with utility

closet.



**The Bedroom**

Enjoy the king bed in the master bedroom with skylights and ensuite bathroom,

and a second bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed.

The living area has beautiful views of the Continental Divide. No balcony or

sofa sleeper in this unit.

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.
