The Space:
This 4,000 sqf home is both spacious and welcoming, designed for cozy gatherings and quiet moments alike. The open living area features soaring arched windows, a stone fireplace, and exposed beams. A built-in bar adds a relaxed, social touch, while the updated kitchen flows naturally into the sunlit dining area, perfect for shared meals and mountain mornings.
For extra comfort, the home also includes a private spa room with a massage table, ideal for arranging in-home wellness services during your stay (coming soon).
There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a large primary suite with dual walk-in closets and a jetted tub surrounded by views. Step outside onto the generous deck overlooking the private backyard and seasonal vistas of the Catskills. Additional comforts include a mud/ski room and an attached three-car garage.
Guest Access:

HOA Community: In respect of the HOA community and our neighbors, large gatherings and bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly not permitted. This home is best suited for families and groups seeking a peaceful getaway.
Security: For extra security, the house is equipped with external cameras.
Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This home is located in a rural area, where power or internet outages may occasionally occur during inclement weather. The property is equipped with a generator to help minimize disruption, essential services like internet and lighting will continue to work. Please note that certain items (such as the electric stove, washer/dryer, and hot tub) may not operate during an outage. We do not issue refunds for outages beyond our control.
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home, this home only allows dogs under 30 lbs. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
