Venture to the new double decker dock where you can relax on the upper deck, jump off the top jump gate, swim and hangout on the lilypad, or explore with the included kayaks and paddleboards. A perfect retreat for family fun, adventure, and lakeside relaxation!

Upstairs you will find 2 king beds, a bunk room with 2 full bunk beds, and a pullout sofa. Each room has a TV equipped with ROKU so you can watch your favorite shows. The master has an ensuite bathroom and the other rooms will share a bathroom in the hallway. Both bathrooms are upstairs

Downstairs you will find a fantastic game room with ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, Pacman, Golden Tee, and Buck Hunter arcade games. Store your drinks in the mini-fridge for quick refreshment while you`re playing or watching your favorite movie on the 85` TV with Sonos theatre surround sound. There isn`t a bathroom in the gameroom.

Just minutes from downtown Winchester, Dry Creek Beach, and Twin Creeks Marina. You`ll also be a short drive to Jack Daniel`s Distillery where you can experience tours and tastings.

The lift in the dockslip is setup for a wake or v bottom style boat. November-March the water levels are dropped by the TVA and the gangway will become steep and the dock will not be accessible

Children must be supervised at dock, on kayaks, or paddleboards at all times.
