„Nice Condo with great owners. He shared things to do with some of his favorite restaurants. Big heated pool and hot tub inside and a big heated pool outside. Great boardwalk to the beach and saw the beautiful sunrise. Great for families with Parking passes to get in for better security. “
„The hotel was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the rooms are showing their age and have carpets that look a bit unhygienic. The bathroom is also very used, so everything could use a renovation. Another note: There is no proper breakfast in the hotel. Only sweet snacks (muffins, donuts and chocolate bars) and coffee/water are provided. Despite everything, the hotel can definitely be recommended for a short stay.“

„We had a great stay at the Beach House! The room was a perfect size for two and very clean. The pool was nice—though it could use a little extra cleaning—but overall still enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Being right on the beach was such a plus, and we loved that it was within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Definitely would come back!“
„Sets the bar for pet friendly hotel. We’ve come here a few times now and the new renovations have really made it excellent. Breakfast is phenomenal for what it is. Great location to beach and plaza. Will come back every year.
Only negative I would say is gym equipment is lacking a little. Still has enough for a workout, but could use some pull up bars/ cable machines/ elliptical etc “

La piscine fermée sans prévenir, voici l’un des nombreux points qui ne va pas dans cet hôtel. C’est un hôtel 5 étoiles mais du niveau d’un 3 pour la qualité des services.
Nous avions prévu la fin de notre road trip dans cet hôtel pour profiter de la piscine durant 2 jours après une descente de la côte est. Installé sur notre chaise longue le personnel est venu nous indiquer que la piscine fermerait à 15h et pour 2 jours. Toute la durée de notre séjour. Jamais vu ça. Un hôtel de ce standing doit avertir les hôtes au moment de la réservation et pas sur le moment. Nous ne serions pas venus dans cet hôtel.
Mais ce n’est pas tout. Nous avons eu droit à une chambre qui a la vue sur le toit et la ventilation. Le bruit était continu et c’était digne d’un 2 étoiles.
Toujours dans les choses très désagréables, la chambre d’à côté était communicante et les portes laissaient passer complètement le bruit voisin de deux personnes qui parlaient jusqu’au milieu de la nuit. Insupportable. L’insonorisation est très mauvaise. Le matin on entend les portes qui claquent et les gens qui parlent dans les couloirs. Franchement décevant pour un hôtel de ce calibre.
Les voituriers n’étaient pas au niveau avec à chaque fois que je voulais récupérer mon véhicule l’incapacité de trouver mon nom. Nous avons perdu du temps à chaque prise du véhicule.
Expérience vraiment dommageable car l’hôtel est magnifique et avec la capacité de faire quelque chose de bien. Mais il faut revoir le man"
"Wir waren für 3 Übernachtungen im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war sauber, das Frühstück war ok. Das historische Zentrum ist zwar ein Stück weg, aber nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt fährt ein Bus in die Innenstadt für $1,50 oder man ruft einen Uber, wenn man nicht mit dem eigenen Auto fahren möchte. "
