„The house was in a good area and clean. The problem with the house is in the master bedroom. The floor is about to fall in. I pulled back the rug to see why it was so soft and found that the laminate floor is cracked and barely holding up. There is also an area of concern between the dining room and in the kitchen where it feels like it’s starting to sag as well. That is a huge safety hazard. The layout was wonderful; open floor plan for family time and when privacy was needed, every couple/family had their own space to head off to.
