Willkommen in unserem Zuhause! Bewundern Sie von Ihrer überdachten Veranda aus die Schönheit des Ozeans. Ein schöner, breiter Sandstrand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bietet direkten Zugang zum Strand und eine Außendusche. Wenn Sie ein Frühaufsteher sind, können Sie Ihren Kaffee auf dem Deck trinken und den Sonnenaufgang über dem Atlantik beobachten, ein atemberaubender Anblick. Beobachten Sie das Spielen der Delfine und das Aufsteigen der Pelikane - wie können Sie hier keine Entspannung finden?

Wir haben ein Parkhaus direkt unter der Wohnung für zwei Autos, so dass Sie sich keine Sorgen machen müssen, dass Ihr Auto in der heißen Sonne backt. Da wir uns im ersten Stock befinden, müssen Sie Ihre Koffer und Ihr gesamtes Essen nicht zu weit schleppen. Ihre Ferienwohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über Corian-Arbeitsplatten, einen glatten Herd, Pergo-Bodenbeläge, einen schönen Kamin, Smart-TVs mit Flachbildschirm, einen DVD-Player sowie alle Küchen- und Haushaltsgegenstände. Alles was Sie mitbringen müssen ist Ihr Essen. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Wir haben viele Bücher für Ihren Genuss.

Wonderful condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels provided were high quality, the condo was extremely clean and the view and location were both fantastic. We hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Location & Condo

Received a call upon arrival that the washer was broke & if necessary, we would need to call to have someone pick up our dirty laundry until the washer could be fixed/replaced. We received no updates all week on the status of the washer. Tried to call the management once to get clothes washed and was unable to get through until the following day- Not a huge issue, just an inconvenience. The dryer also did not work, so we were unable to even dry the small amount of towels provided/swimming gear we brought. Shower drain in master bath clogged up/drained very slowly frequently. These weren’t issues enough for us to not enjoy our vacation. We loved watching the sunrises each morning & the convenience to the beach and pool. The private beach entrance was great so that the beach wasn’t overcrowded where we were. House was super clean & supplied well! We would definitely recommend this condo, just wish the washing machine would have worked (but I know things happen) or the communication regarding the issue would have been better! Also, watch out for other guests using your trash can because it’s right below the steps- we had several bags in our trash that were not ours.

Great Condo

The condo was awesome. Very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The location was near Fort Fisher. Quite beach area. Enjoyed my morning walks on the beach. Master bath shower didn’t drain well but didn’t really matter to us. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect week!

Exceeded expectations!

Very clean, comfortable and an amazing view from covered deck. I was in need for a long overdue beach vacation and we couldn’t have asked for a better week as the weather was perfect! I have been to the Outer Banks many times which was enjoyable but I will definitely return to this specific property when time allows. I did need to vacuum when we arrived as the sunlight showed dust, dander and hair on the floor. The canister of the vacuum was completely full so you might want to remind cleaning staff to remember to empty the canister a little more frequently. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation spot!

Kure beach was amazing. MOST stress free vacation ever.

This property was top notch. It's on the beach, you see and hear the ocean waves, the beach access is close by. The amenities were excellent and the place was clean, very clean! You can tell A1 property really cares about the property. It really felt like home. Kitchen had all the utensils and plates, serving trays etc. The only things negative about the place were the squeeking bed and at times uncomfortable queen size mattress in the front bedroom. Also at the beginning of our stay, first 2 days there were guests staying in the unit above us, when we were all out at the same time enjoying the incredible large and roomy balconies at the same time, you heard everything they said above you because they spoke really loud and also they liked to play their music loud as well but they only stayed 2 days. So it wasn't a deal breaker. After this, it was smooth sailing, very quiet and perfect. We will book another vacation from A1 again!

A great way to end our summer!

This place was perfect for us. It was so nice to be able to wake up to the beautiful view of the ocean and sit on the balcony with coffee each morning. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the week comfortably. Having the pool was also a great way to still be cool but take a break from the sand and salt water. I love that this rental had a washer/dryer and it’s own kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make dinners on the nights we chose not to go out. I will definitely choose this place again for future vacations.

Long fishing weekend at the beach

We really enjoyed staying here for a 3 day weekend. It was a very convenient walk to the beach and allowed us to get plenty of fishing in. I would highly recommend and would change nothing about this place.

Beautiful Ocean View

My teenaged son and I stayed in this condo for a quick break from the pandemic stress. It was such a lovely, relaxing, quiet time. Watching the water throughout the day and into the evenings was so peaceful. When we were ready to sightsee (socially distant), we had plenty of safe options nearby. The condo was in beautiful shape and really well stocked. Our beds were super comfy and everything was as promised.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY....BUT

Due to COVID, we brought all of our food since the property supposedly had a grill. The grill was one building down by the pool and it was a public park style. We were really disappointed and suggest that the grill amenity be removed from the ad to keep future guests from counting on it. The beachwalk being closed was a mild disapointment as well. Overall the place was very clean and nicely appointed and had great quality cooking equipment.

Fun Place to stay!

The house was very nice with access to the beach at the board walk only steps from the door! The kitchen was a touch small, but we enjoy cooking during vacay so to most that wouldn’t be a big deal. Overall, great place to stay!!!

Great weekend in Kure Beach.

Check-in was easy and quick - straight to condo and keypad entry - no issues. Parking is right below the unit, which is on the first floor, so it is only two short stairwells up to the condo which makes for a very easy move-in and move-out. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, and delivered on why you rent ocean front to begin with - great deck with great view - nice for sunrise and coffee each morning and happy hour each evening. Plenty in way of kitchenware - pretty much everything you would need (except for a pizza cutter!). The condo is also very convenient to one of the community pools and beach access (which has a great shower/water spray area for washing off sand when coming off the beach). The recreation center which contains the fitness center and indoor pool are much further away and require a walk down the street. A couple negatives - 1) this is a first floor condo so there is a condo unit above it. We frequently heard footsteps and noises above us (especially kids running around) which could be annoying at times. 2) The beach area directly in front of this condo is not very wide as there is an extensive sand dune buffer. Like much of Kure Beach, there has been a lot of beach erosion from last Fall's hurricane so, at high tides, there is very little beach area that is not under water/surf . Fortunately this was not a problem for us as high tides were around 7am and 7pm each day while we were there so the tides were lower during the best beach-going hours (10am-4pm) each day. Also, as others have mentioned, the beach access was under repair while we were there which we were never informed off (honestly most people simple went around the roped-off repair area). The community HOA needs to fix this right away. The community pool/rec center were also closed due to COVID which we were not informed off by A-1 Management until two days before arrival. Obviously there are unusual circumstances here but one of the reasons we chose this unit to begin with was specifically for the pool and the fitness center.
