„Everything in the listing is accurate. The beach access was less than 5 minutes away. There was a beautiful view of the sunset each night. The decks face in opposite directions so there is always someplace to sit outside. The host provides everything you need. Groceries were within 3 miles. Plenty of restaurants and the Boardwalk was within 2 miles. We really enjoyed our stay. “

„The room was small (which we knew), however, it was clean (we walked around barefoot), private, had all of the necessities and we would stay there again. It served its purpose, a very comfortable place to lay your head. The mattress, was on point- which is hard to find when renting. It does have low ceilings, but at 6’0”, I was fine and stayed aware- didn’t even have to lower my head in the shower… that was amazing. “

„Great two bedroom two bath cozy apartment. plenty big for 4 people but could fit more. outside looks a little rough and the neighborhood looks somewhat sketchy but we didn’t have a minutes trouble and the inside was very clean and put together. isolated and quite location. would stay again. “

„Great location! We did not have to drive the whole week except a run to the grocery store. Which we didnt have to buy much, because so many things, like mayo, mustard and ketchup were already there. Even some coffee (it’s a Keurig by the way.) The pool is close and cleaned every day. Small glitch with the AC when we first arrived but the owners responded quickly and got it fixed the next day. So many restaurants and free entertainment within walking distance - never a dull moment in CB!“

„My wife and I had an amazing trip staying here. (We are from Pennsylvania) from the cozy home feel of the condo to the awesome view with sunsets it will make you not want to leave. We didn’t plan any of our days out during our stay. Which make some of the best vacation experiences. The condo is in the perfect location downtown with all the local restaurants, shops, bars/clubs within 8 minute walking distance. „Location fantastic, able to walk all downtown. Highly recommend Concorde Espresso Bar 2 blocks away. Bnb was cozy with cute character. It was great to stay in a historic house and get that unique experience. Comfy couch, very clean, had all the amenities we needed, fans were great during the warm weather. Free parking is a treasure!“
