Our home is located in a mobile home/manufactured home subdivision. While our property is well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished for guest comfort, some neighboring homes may show signs of wear or not be as well-kept.

However, if you're looking for a comfortable, spacious home near Lake Conroe with great amenities and easy access to outdoor adventures, we’re confident you’ll have an enjoyable stay.

Paradise Cove is a small neighborhood situated on the north east side of Lake Conroe. There's one way in and one way out. Unless, of course, you take the boat ramp to get out on the lake!

Please Note: While our neighborhood does have an HOA, it is not very strict and sometimes our neighbor's homes and yards are not as well kept. We really have no control over this and just want to make sure you're aware before booking.

This small and quiet manufactured home neighborhood has a boat ramp with access to Lake Conroe that is located only 2 minutes from the house. Lake Conroe offers the convenience of many activities and places to visit, including: fishing, restaurants, water sports, the Sam Houston National Forest, swimming areas, and more. Access to shopping and grocery stores in Willis and Conroe are a 10-15 minute drive away. The property is located halfway between The Woodlands and Huntsville which are only 25 minutes in either direction, giving you a wide variety of places to visit like General Sam's offroad park or The Woodlands Mall.

Guest Courtesy: Small gestures, such as taking out the trash on designated days, help us keep the home welcoming for everyone.

Wear & Tear: This home has been enjoyed by many guests over the years, and while it shows some natural wear, we’re committed to maintaining its charm and functionality.

Noise Policy: We have a ZERO tolerance policy on noise during quiet hours (8 PM - 8 AM). Please respect our neighbors.

Important Payment Update: Credit card payments not accepted over $1,000. Payments over this amount must be made via Zelle or other form of direct payment. VRBO will charge your credit card for their fees, but the balance will be due with one of these alternate payment method

Extended Stays (30+ Days)

• Lease Agreement Requirement: A formal lease agreement may be required for stays of 30 days or longer. If required, the guest must sign the lease agreement within the timeframe specified by the Service Provider. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation at the Service Provider's discretion.
• Security Deposit Requirement: The Service Provider will confirm the required deposit amount with the Property Owner. We stayed here for the high school state championship fishing tournament. It was a great location with a boat ramp. The hosts said “yes” to everything we needed/wanted and were very responsive. Truck & trailer parking, plenty of living space for several fisherman.

The home INSIDE was just as pictured!! Cozy and comfortable inside. Nice outside porch. GREAT communication with the host when we had issues with the door code. I was a little disappointed because it says Lake Conroe and shows lake views, but there was absolutely no views of water! A few trees in the mobile home park

It provided everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and we enjoyed all the games. Pictures and description are accurate. Very spacious and two king size beds. Nice fenced yard, covered deck, and a fire pit. (The only concern is the air conditioning is not able to evenly cool the entire property. We were uncomfortably warm most of the time.Would benefit from a window unit type a/c in master bedroom and living area to help cool down. Also, pack an eye mask! The backyard motion lights come on frequently, and the master bedroom becomes very bright.)

When we arrived, we were able to check in 30 minutes early without charge. Property owners use an online rental app that is fairly easy to navigate. House was comfy and had lots of games and blankets. Easy access to technology and some smart home devices. It would have been helpful to have a little boom describing all of the features and how to use them. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped (makeup wipes/towels, extra toothbrushes, shampoos, etc.). Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher tabs provided. My biggest complaint would be that the HVAC did mot distribute throughout the house evenly. some rooms freezing other end, hot. Also did not realize ypu had to pay additional deposit and pet fees outside of VRBO. Would have been nice if it was just listed and included in the online price to be completely visible.

We stayed at this property for 45 days while our house build was being completed. The owners are extremely nice, and easy to contact if needed. We needed to do extensions and they were very accommodating each time and willing to work with us while we waited. The neighbors are all quiet and keep themselves, property is nice and very relaxing - Property has everything you need! We would recommend this place and would stay again if needed. Thank you!

My sisters and brother in law stayed at this property. They said it was very clean and cozy. There was a book that was left that had details of things to do, phone numbers in case of emergency, check out procedures, etc. It was very helpful and very much appreciated. They would definitely stay there again.
