„Stayed at this property because we were having a class reunion at Margaritaville. This was very convenient commute about a 6 minute drive. The place for the most part was clean. The host was very fast at responding. Would recommend for a small group.“

„It is clean and convenient. However, needs curtains in front bedroom to keep bright sunlight out. Master bedroom could use another curtain to cover window. There weren't any coffee mugs for the coffee maker. All of the plates and such were new, so stickers were still on and they hadn't been cleaned. „For starters let me say I enjoyed my stay. The place was cute, clean and worked for what I needed. However, the listed is advertised as “entire house” it is not. It would be better classified as an apartment within a home with a private entrance. Secondly, the development is under construction still so if you want to hear crews of workers putting on siding and roofs at 7 am this is the spot for you. „We booked the property for two days as a resting spot on each night before and after my daughter's wedding. The location is less than a mile from 105 so there was easy access to the main roads. The property was very neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and shower felt great. This is a new property and lacked some basic items that would make it more usable for short-term. I'm sure these items will be added over time: larger shower towels, salt & pepper, extra blankets, additional pillows.“

„We enjoyed our stay overall—the house has great potential and is really nice in layout and space. However, there were a few things that could be improved for future guests. „We stayed here for the high school state championship fishing tournament. It was a great location with a boat ramp. The hosts said “yes” to everything we needed/wanted and were very responsive. Truck & trailer parking, plenty of living space for several fisherman. “
