Bring the whole family for fun, sand and sun in Wildwood, NJ! Its great location is less than two blocks from Fox Park, the boardwalk, the Wildwood convention center and five miles of free beaches. Enjoy your Jersey shore summer vacation, fall weekend getaway, competition event or convention!

This first floor unit has a spacious open floor plan that features a living room, nicely equipped kitchen with full size appliances, private laundry room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private full bathroom with makeup area and closet, flat screen TV and dresser. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed with a trundle underneath, flat screen TV and closet. Bedroom 3 has a full over full bunk bed with full trundle, dresser, flat screen TV and closet. Two full sleeper-sofas in the living room round out the available sleeping spaces. All bedrooms have large, bright windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 12, including a mixer, coffee maker, and all needed pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The dining room table seats up to 8 with five more seats at the kitchen breakfast bar/counter.

Awaiting you outside is a large, covered porch with furniture, an outdoor shower and a shared garage provides two parking spaces (fits midsize SUVs and smaller) with one additional parking space just outside. There are security cameras around the outside of the building for your protection.

High speed Wi-Fi Internet is provided at no additional charge. While we do not provide cable, all TVs will accept HDMI input. You must bring your own gaming systems or streaming devices! Beach chairs, carts and toys are available in the garage. Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided, however, you must bring your own towels and sheets. The unit has central air and heat - we don't limit your comfortable temperature.

Bike rentals, miniature golf, ice cream, pizza shops, great restaurants, Wildwood's free beaches, the boardwalk, Morey's Piers and the convention center are all within easy walking distance.

We will only rent to families or mature adult groups that include a staying guest over the age of 27. Exceptions will be considered for convention attendees, such as boy scouts, cheer teams, religious groups, etc. (These groups must have adult chaperones!). Longer-term winter rentals will be considered; please inquire if interested.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the condo! A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if anyone violates this policy. Absolutely no teen/prom groups, or spring break/senior week groups. NO PETS except for ADA service animals. Sorry, no gas BBQ grills are available. You must bring your own towels and linens.
