„The space was amazing - perfect for our family - with 2 1/2 baths and 3 nice sized bedrooms. The views from the rooftop deck were amazing! We had 1 small issue and they were out quickly to fix it. The location is great .. plenty of space in the garage / driveway for parking. “

„The apartment was well appointed and close to the beach. There was ample space for 2 to 4 people. The apartment was well equipped. The only concern was the apartment door was literally falling apart and needs to be replaced, causing safety concerns.“

„Some of the information in the listing is inaccurate. The bed is a full size not a queen. The building is not smoke free. Everyone on the property was smoking. There were ashtrays outside all the units. Parking is listed as an amenity. On arrival the HOA president told us we needed a parking permit and it was 25 a day.
