The Space:

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for families or couples looking to explore all that EastPort has to offer!



Bedrooms:



Master Bedroom: The master suite comes with a brand new adjustable Sven bed. This allows you to adjust the bed to your personal comfort! You will also have access to the en-suite master bathroom and walk in closet.



Bedroom 2: Offers a very comfortable queen bed, and a fully equipped closet.



Bedroom 3: Doubles as an office space with the perfect desk for remote work. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed which is comfier than you may expect! The TV in the room is mounted on a moveable pedestal so that you can adjust it to your preferred viewing height and angle.



Bathrooms:



Bathroom 1: En-suite in master bedroom. Has a double sink area so spouses can set up their toiletries without worrying about running out of space. You will also enjoy a beautifully tiled walk in shower!



Bathroom 2: Sits between bedroom 2 & 3. It offers a shower and bathtub combo to fit your preference, along with giving you enough space to get ready for an evening out on the square!

Parking is readily available at the property, with garage access for your convenience. For those arriving by air, the closest major airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), approximately a 1-hour and 15-minute drive away. Public transportation options are limited within the immediate vicinity, so a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas. However, the central location of the cottage puts you within easy reach of local amenities and attractions, making your stay as convenient as it is enjoyable.

Kick off your vacation a little sooner! Want to get settled and start relaxing early? We offer a Priority Early Check In at 2:00 PM (two hours before our standard 4:00 PM time) for a small fee of $20.



This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!



Priority Check Out:

Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.



This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!
