âNice house, clean, and well appointed. 3 miles from Brownwood, 6 miles from Fort Sumter Landing, and 10 miles from Spanish Springs. Includes an almost new golf cart. Carol, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.â

âThis home was great as was the location. The hosts were extremely communicative. I visited with my three grandchildren and 2 dogs. Everything was great. We could not have asked for anything more except less rain!â

âWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated, spacious and welcoming.We enjoyed using the golf cart to visit the neighborhood pool, restaurants and nightly concerts. It was much quicker than driving our car.We also enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the lanai, which faces the golf course.
