„Friendly.staff and clean room“

„Der Check-In war freundlich. Das Hotel iselbst st leider schmutzig und heruntergekommen, sowohl die Flure, als auch die Zimmer. Müll und Essensreste waren auf dem Boden des Zimmers, es hat offensichtlich niemand Staub gesaugt. Viele Handtücher waren noch fleckig, obwohl sie frisch gewaschen waren. So auch einige Bettlaken. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch, obwohl es natürlich ein Nichtraucherzimmer war. Positiv war, dass es nachts ruhig war. Das war Angesichts der Optik der andern Gäste nicht zu ...

„Convenient to my travel needs, clean “

„Room was not restocked (no hand soap, no coffee pods , no coffee cups, no ice bucket liner, coffee pot didn’t work), the bathroom floor looked dirty. Towels were restocked, and I HOPE the bed had clean sheets. We came in and just fell in bed. It was not dusty, and everything looked nice at a casual glance. Desk staff are great! Personable and tried to help all they could. Parking is poorly lit, but seemed safe. Breakfast looks sparse, but after everything else we are afraid to even try it…“

„Der Unterkunft ist nicht weit von der Autobahn entfernt und in der Nähe gibt es ein paar Restaurants und Laden aber die Möbel im Zimmer war mit entweder Katzen- oder Hundehaaren bedeckt und es gab Haare in der Dusche. Auf Anfrage habe ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.“

„It's a very old historical building so it was unique and had charm. We had one room upstairs and one in the pet wing since we had our dog. The room in pet wing wasn't as nice, and you could hear everytime some open or closed the doors so our dog barked alot, but its a great location if you plan to go to the Cuyahoga Valley national park. There are also plenty of places you can walk to including a really cute coffee shop. The rooms were very clean, just the bathrooms are very small. This is a ...

„Very interesting and lovely Inn. The rooms are each different and interesting. Bathroom was very clean and large. We stayed in the Fernery room and the theme was so cute! Comfy bed, great stay! “
