„Für 3 Erwachsene ein Zimmer gebucht gemäß Buchungsbestätigung. Beim Check in dann böse Überraschung. Obwohl ich vorher noch unsere Ankunft tel. bestätigen musste, hätten wir nur ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett bekommen. Wir mussten ein Upgrade auf Deluxe room mit Aufpreis bezahlen. Dafür hat die 3.
