„Great location. Good size property for what we needed. Sad to say it was not very clean, lots of dust and cobwebs everywhere. Mould on the windows . It needs a full refurbishment as there were mismatch furniture, walls need decorating. Old screw holes in places. Old tatty tea towels with holes in and bleach marks on them. Not expensive to supply . “
