„Although the house is close to the main road (some noise during the day) it is a good point to explore the beaches by foot. Swimming/snorkeling is only possible at Tunnels beach. Go early by car or take time and walk along the beach. walking the parallel roads is comfortable.“

„Sublime! We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful place and miss it already! We were a multigenerational group of 5 and there was something for everyone. We loved the sound of the rain on the roof, 2 outdoor showers and an outdoor jacuzzi bath. The lanai looks out onto a neighbor’s fenced property with horses, donkey and even a baby donkey. „This home is everything you could ask for when staying in Poipu. Great location, clean, plenty of room, very well equipped, and having the private pool was amazing. The owners were great and very easy to communicate with. We came with two other couples and we each had plenty of space and privacy. It would be perfect for a large family as well. Would definitely come back to this home!!!“

„Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for. With 2 infants under 2 years old, having the beach right there and a hot tub was the perfect set-up. The house was ready for our arrival, clean, and easily accessible. The downstairs rooms really drown out the roosters in the morning and the neighbor's dogs allowing the babies to get a good night sleep. „This property made our experience in Hawaii perfect. We loved everything about it, the fruit, the flowers, the chickens, and the cats :-) Skippers is in a great location and has so much charm.“

„Wonderful resort. Great food and staff. The room smelled musty when we arrived. There were instructions posted for all the rules and to contact the property owner if there were any issues. But, there was not a contact number. There was no way to wash towels or bedding for the 4 night stay. The pillows provided were extremely heavy and hard. The provided fan did not work. We bought our own pillows and a new fan. “

We felt so comfortable that the only negative thing we can report is that we only booked 10 days (our mistake ;-)).The Nene Nest is exactly like in the pictures, but more beautiful. „Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man in Waimea wandern möchte (30 min mit dem Auto) auch der schönste Kauai Strand ist 30 autofahrt entfernnt.Uns hat ein wenig die sauberkeit bzw nicht sauberkeit in der Küche (Schränke) gestört. Nicht desto trotz haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen, die Besitzer waren sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.“

He has a state of the art tesla power system and other mechanicals seem to be very updated. "Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, wir hatten Gartenblick und so war es angenehm ruhig. Für Familien würde ich poolblick empfehlen, da ist etwas mehr los. Überhaupt ist es ein sehr schöner Bereich, mit warmen Wasser, sogar das Wasser zum abduschen ist warm. Die Bucht ist an dem Hotel angeschlossen und so sind fast nur Hotelgäste am Strand und auch ein paar Einheimische. Ich würde sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen 💕 es war etwas ganz besonderes für uns. "

"Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft auf Kauai! An der Unterkunft sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Sie liegt an Meer und hat einen eigenen Pool. Die Handtücher dazu können im Hotel geliehen werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, sie haben nicht die neuste Ausstattung aber sind trotzdem sehr gut erhalten und sehr sauber! Morgens gibt es ein Grab and Go Frühstück, welches man natürlich auch im Frühstücksraum essen kann. Wir fanden es super! Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! "
