Einziger Minuspunkt, es waren gleichzeitig 2 grössere Reisegruppen dort. Hatte aber keinen Einfluss auf den Service. Und ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber ev. erhielt ich dadurch ein grösseres und noch schöneres Zimmer😊.“

After we were already in Guatemala, and were trying to figure out where we were headed next, we noticed that the address said Santa Cruz. However, after some trouble, we realized that the house was in Tzunana. Right off the bat, this felt mis-leading.
