„Paula is one of THE BEST hosts I’ve ever had. She was friendly, checked in on us, and was always quick to respond. Enrique (the onsite staff) was also very helpful. The casita is cozy and small, but beautiful - the lake view is unmatched! The dual shower is pretty awesome as well. The lake water is clear and extremely pretty. „The complex was extremely well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The complex was quite difficult to find even with the provided instructions, we only found it because a local showed us the route. The area has a lot of construction so it is quite loud during the day. The balcony was not used as we had hoped because the drilling was constant all day. Also it would be nice if the balcony had seating. The staff are very quick to respond which was helpful because the toilet did not work ...

„The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great.“
