„You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this. The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. „Property very dated. Room was clean Staff was friendly and helpful“

„The rooms are cosy, clean and well equipped. The staff (lodge & animal park) is super friendly and helpful with advices for places to visit etc. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay.☆☆☆“

„Location is great, as downtown can be reached within 15 Min walk. Around the hotel are a lot of restaurants & bars. Only thing we didn't like was breakfast.
