„Heated pool was very cold but my kids didn’t care. Room was dated and there were a couple small dead bugs in the shower. Nothing major but didn’t feel super clean. Shuttle was okay, though directions where pickup was at the airport was confusing. Left before breakfast but they did give us a couple things to snack on for our early morning flight. I’d stay here again for the price and convenience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.“
„Decaffeinated coffee would be expected, but none offered. Sink drain was broken and plugged. There was nowhere to fill a water nitrile nor any water in the DR for breakfast. The staff ran me some water from laundry room. Carpet was not vacuumed. No elevator for 2nd floor residents. Price of room was affordable.“
„This was a nice option where there were very few lodging options. It was clean and staff were nice. There is NO place to eat other than a truck stop or Subway.
My BIG complaint is that it was mostly travelers staying here and the coffee urns, in two locations, were out of coffee! This was at 7:30 am! I waited 20 min and they stayed empty. Came back in another 15 min and still no coffee. We checked out without any and had to get the truck stop coffee for our morning cup. We will not stay here ...
„Cleaning staff could do a better job. Dried blood on the comforter, garbage bag left outside our patio door, we were never told they didn’t service the rooms so no fresh towels for three days.
Breakfast was your typical fare bagged eggs,,waffles and yogurt. They did however have homemade cinnamon rolls.
Shower looks pretty new but it had rust on it.
Don’t stay by the breakfast room. Super noisy.“
