„sehr gutes buffet sowohl am morgen, mittag wie auch am abend. wir haben hauptsächlich vom kalten buffet gegessen und das war hervorragend. hotel sehr schön in die umgebung integriert mit schönen palmen usw. sehr sehr grosser pool wo man immer einen schattenplatz findet. personal sehr freundlich. leider lässt die sauberkeit in den zimmern sehr zu wünschen übrig. hatten die ganzen tage immer wieder bis zu 30 ameisen im zimmer auch im bett. das macht dann keinen spass“

Had several small issues: no proper check in, long waiting for service, false charges on my credit card (I guess staff is still in training), but never had a friendly encounter throughout my stay of 3 days.
