„I was a little disappointed that's a beach front resort does not recommend swimming in the ocean because they say it is unsuitable. Also, where I stayed, there was some construction going on. “

„Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. I sent the staff out of the room and actually sprayed the bedsheets with insect repellent! It worked, as I was able to sleep (in my clothes) and the ...

„Es un lugar limpio, si andas buscando tranquilidad este es el lugar adecuado para ti, no tienen cocina, pero si tienen un menu y te traen la comida de otro local. Pero si eres de los que solo llegaran a dormir y disfrutar de la laguna y las instalaciones es tu lugar indicado, hay muchas opciones fuera del hotel para comer o hacer otras actividades y muchas ciudades turisticas a menos de 30 minutos manejando.“

„We stayed 8 days and will definitely return. Beautiful pool, house, property, lagoon for swimming, and surrounded by natural beauty. We met the owners twice and they were very friendly. They even had an anniversary cake delivered for my wife’s sister’s anniversary mid week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We must have spent 3 hours EVERY day in that pool :-) Absolutely wonderful experience!“

„Cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband, one year old, and I stayed here. The location is excellent, steps away from gorgeous Coco Beach and a sparkling swimming pool. Along the shore the facility has comfy Adirondack chairs and beach loungers right by the shore. Maybe we saw 10 people on the beach on the busiest day. „Me and ny 3 kids had best time, my love it, they want to stay longer which is hopefully next will definitely stay longer oh yes the most i love about is its so peaceful, i enjoy a lot listening sounds of the ocean 😌 and also we enjoyed Doña Dolores ( the lady who works there ) she is amazing and she those cook a good meal for Us everyday, we love her. "Had to stay here due to an injury and was glad to be able to have an accessible room and a wheelchair. Comfy bed, great breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby. Amazing food court right next to the hotel was concenient as there is no food other than breakfast in the hotel. Hotel and the rooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade and replacement of the carpet. "

"Der Mann an der Rezeption war extrem unhöflich und wollte mir nucht das gebuchte Zimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten geben, ich brauchte dafür einige Zeit ihn zu überzeugen. Die Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienungen ist nicht immer gegeben. Die Musik am Pool ist extrem laut, an relaxen und ausruhen ist da nicht zu denken. Der Speisesaal ist sehr kalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Gut ist die Nähe zum Airport ( genau gegenüber) der Shuttlebus zum Airport, da dort gerade Erdbewegungen im Gange sind."
