„From Check In to Check Out this is the best winter break vacay! This is the second year in a row we stayed at the Resort for our Mother Daughter weekend. Room- We stayed on the first floor near the Spa. Perfect location for us. Our mother has walking issues, it was to be so close to everything. The room was very clean. 3 adults fit comfortably in the room. Spa- We have used the Spa for 2 years and had Pedis, Manis, and facials. The staff is very pleasant and great at what they do. Well ...

„Parking was easy and plentiful, at least at this time of year. We were a very short walk from the Cumberland main street. Room was clean and comfortable! I was especially impressed with the bed: most even higher end hotels provide far too-heavy blankets and a very fim mattress that lead to a stuffy, uncomfortable sleep. „the executive suites are fantastic! Very large and spacious!! Bed was comfortable. Shower head pressure not the greatest but every other amenity was perfect. The Spa is the best!!! Food options are very tasty & plentiful at Alexandria's. Customer service was good throughout the hotel but the early morning staff who work the front desk should do better at greeting customers. “
