„Sehr sauber , alles wie beschrieben . Dass eine Landstraße am Haus vorbei führt war ja im voraus bekannt . Auf der vorderen Veranda ist der Lärm aber lange nicht so schlimm wie von manchen beschrieben . Für Ausflüge in die Berge ist die Lage sogar sehr gut . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .“

„The home has a nice downstairs with a rec room, TV and large couch. Perfect for the little ones to play. Two private bedrooms share a bathroom as well.Upstairs are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and kitchen/living room, and large dining room. „I stayed here for a week in March when visiting my daughter in Golden. The suite is wonderful. Has everything you need for a longer stay. The neighborhood is quiet, which was great for me. The location is a 12-15 min drive from downtown Golden. There aren't many amenities, restaurants or stores within walking distance. You will need a car. It worked out wonderfully for me.“

„Charming house will all we needed. Easy parking. Safeway across the road. Next to a busy road but surprisingly quiet. If you are a light sleeper take the upstairs room as the house is creaky but it’s part of the charm. Felt like insta-hot water. Easy check out protocol. Two blocks from downtown Golden and Mines. We found it a great home base. “

„I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. „My brother, mom and I met up at this property to attend a funeral in Centennial. The property had plenty of space and an excellent location! Bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. Communication with the owner was excellent. This property is highly recommended!“

„The house was specious for 4 guests. We're older, so we preferred having our own rooms. :) The house was clean and functional. The location was a short walk to downtown Golden. Our stay was extremely enjoyable.The only thing that could have improved the stay was some ice trays in the freezer to avoid having to stop by a store.“

„I was eager to write this review as we really enjoyed staying at this BNB. It was well appointed with a well designed interior. We loved having carpet! And it was in beautiful shape. I would say the only comment for our stay was we could have used a little more stocked toilet tissue and had to purchase that. The pillows in the master bedroom could probably be replaced. Otherwise a top-notch property that we have already recommended to friends. “
