In addition, the competence of the reception varies greatly according to the time! If two ladies are at the reception, they are mostly competent. „This is a small but very comfy 4th floor apartment in a great location! Bed is awesome! Added bonus is a space in a parking garage. We enjoyed proximity to Union Station (great coffee at the Pig Train coffee place) and we liked just walking around. Church & Union Restaurant was excellent. Host helped us get settled and responded whenever she could. “

„Great place to stay. The views from 8200 ft are amazing. Super quiet stay for us since noone was living upstairs during our stay. Only minor disruptions from the property being sold and some work being completed ahead of the closing date.“

„Cute attic apartment! The queen size beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. Perfect size kitchen for coffee and snacks. Space was bright during the day and the blinds kept the light out in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was easy.“

„This was a great fun place for a girls weekend. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Good AC. Very nice neighbors and complex. Good price and deal. About a mile walk to larimer square and 16th Street and LoDo. Plenty of cheap Uber if you don't want to walk or use the lime scooters. “

„This property was so comfortable. I did get confused about entry, but that was all me and being tired from travel. Anytime I needed assistance I was promptly responded to. The home itself was beautiful. The space we rented was perfect for our needs and had all we needed available. It was very quiet and comfortable. The owners even offered the front yard for our dog to use for exercise and rr. I will definitely be staying here again and I am very grateful for the hospitality.“
