Hotels Welshampton und Lyneal

„The breakfast was really good as were the evening menu choices. In the room, the guide understated the amenities. It was modest about the WIFI capabilities which I thought were actually very good. Similarly, there was a reference to decaffeinated coffee being available for the room on request but it was actually already there.“

„Typisches britisches Landhotel, familäre Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal, Superküche.“

„Aside from a member of staff called Kane who was exceptionally helpful, our experience for a birthday break was beyond disappointing. We initially stayed at the sister property The Swan in Tarporley where staff were outstanding but at The Lion we were greeted in what can only be described as very patronising, unwelcoming and brusque, by who we understand to be Beth. We were shown to a room that was classed as executive but had clearly had a major leak in the bathroom as paint was peeling away ...

„This hotel is in a great location for exploring the area. Canal walk, aqueduct and tunnel all within walking distance. Enough choice for places to eat right on the doorstep. Hotel was clean, and our room had everything we needed (apart from a hairdryer!). Good value for money too. Would recommend.“

„Beste Lage!“

„Can’t say anything bad about the hotel. Breakfast and dinner very good, service amazing “

„Friendly helpful staff in a lovely setting.😊“

„Very new, lovely hosts absolutely dog friendly, our dog had his own breakfast everyday! It is rural, so sometimes internet glitches, but we were there over a stormy weekend and the electric substation across the road blew up. Power was back on very quickly.“
