„Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!“

„i stayed this hotel about 7 years because of it location. And my 3rd time stayed this year. i used to put my money in my hand carry luggage at a paper bag every time. But I lost all the money RM850 when I was home in Hong Kong. i feel very disappointed to the staff. Every time I would give them tips before leaving. “

„AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! We arrived after midnight due to flight delays, yet when we messaged the property, we were immediately welcomed at the door. „CJレジデンスとACレジデンスとACJレジデンスに行ったが、ACJが一番良い。ただ、どうしてもトイレは少し臭い。この部屋は、シャワールームが独立していて完全に分かれている為少しマシだが、換気扇を通して臭いがくるようで、シャワールームも少し臭う。スタッフはとても返信が早く、対応が良い。お部屋もまぁまぁ良いが、タオルは少し薄汚くほつれている。あと、Wi-Fiが少し弱い。また、エレベーターがなく階段しかない。事前にホテルに確認し、荷物を運んでくれるとの事だったが、結局ACとACJは女性スタッフが荷物を運んでおり、全部の荷物を運んでくれなかった。エレベーターがないのは、本当に不便。立地が良いので、観光メインで寝泊まりするなら、コストパフォーマンスが良いと思う。“

„Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good.
