„i stayed this hotel about 7 years because of it location. And my 3rd time stayed this year. i used to put my money in my hand carry luggage at a paper bag every time. But I lost all the money RM850 when I was home in Hong Kong. i feel very disappointed to the staff. Every time I would give them tips before leaving. “

„AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! We arrived after midnight due to flight delays, yet when we messaged the property, we were immediately welcomed at the door. „Luxurious room. The only issue is that I use the stairs and discovered that all of the fire doors were open on every single floor. This means that no one would be able to escape that very large building. I reported it to the owner of my room and she said she would report it to management. The next day I went down the stairs again and all the doors were still open. „CJレジデンスとACレジデンスとACJレジデンスに行ったが、ACJが一番良い。ただ、どうしてもトイレは少し臭い。この部屋は、シャワールームが独立していて完全に分かれている為少しマシだが、換気扇を通して臭いがくるようで、シャワールームも少し臭う。スタッフはとても返信が早く、対応が良い。お部屋もまぁまぁ良いが、タオルは少し薄汚くほつれている。あと、Wi-Fiが少し弱い。また、エレベーターがなく階段しかない。事前にホテルに確認し、荷物を運んでくれるとの事だったが、結局ACとACJは女性スタッフが荷物を運んでおり、全部の荷物を運んでくれなかった。エレベーターがないのは、本当に不便。立地が良いので、観光メインで寝泊まりするなら、コストパフォーマンスが良いと思う。“

„Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. „Had a very relaxing stay in quiet hotel in city center with all shopping possibilities including malls in walking distance. Staff is very friendly, caring, attentive, just professional, immediately responding to every need or request. Aircon is very good, there's a mini fridge, hair dryer, after cooker and the main necessary amenities provided. Clean bathroom, strong and hot shower, everything was just fine. The hotel is already ageing,but still in very good condition.“

„총 5박 머물렀어요 처음 도탇해서 너무 허름해서 놀렀지만 인테리어는 괜찮았네요 중심지랑 멀어서 무조건 그랩 타고 다녔어요. 문 손잡이에 룸청소 티켓을 안걸어서인지 한번도 청소 없었어요ㅠㅠ 각티슈도 없고 화장지도 적어서 눈치보면서 달라고 했어요ㅠ 각티슈는 없는듯... 수건 바스타월2개밖에 없어서 더운데 자주 씻으려면 개인 수건 필수! 샤워용품 하나도 없고 드라이기도 없으니 몽땅 챙겨가세요“
