„The Rose & Crown in Warwick was delightful! My room faced the market square, and there was wonderful activity throughout the morning and daytime. I could hear the church bells chiming. Walking everywhere was easy. The nights were peaceful. My bathroom and shower were American-friendly. There didn't appear to be air conditioning in my room, which was not needed during my stay, because the evenings were cool. Just be aware of that if there is a preference for air conditioning. „Leider war das das Hotel, im Gegensatz zum Namen, nicht sehr angenehm. Unser Zimmer lag im Parterre und roch muffig wie nach einem Wasserschaden, auch durch intensives Lüften war dieses nicht zu mildern. Schimmel im Bad komplettierte das Gesamtbild von diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber leider während der Abendstunden komplett überfordert. Dafür entschädigte aber das Frühstück was im oberen mittleren Bereich ist. “

„Amazing stay at Walton Hall, checkin was fast and easy staff really helpful and professional. Room lovely clean with plenty of space. Free wifi strength good comfy bed could do with more firm pillows thought but that's just my taste. Bar and hotel facilities amazing good selection of beers and wines menu really good and prices reasonable. Lots to do nearby and only 20 mins to the Cotswolds.“

„The hotel is a classic Holiday inn, so no surprise. The location is in the industrial area in the outskirts of Leamington, which is not very attractive. Overall, if one wants just to sleep, it is ok.“

„An einem Rastplatz gelegen, da dürfen die Erwartungen nicht sehr hoch sein. Zimmer war soweit ok, etwas dunkel und schon älter, für eine Nacht aber vollkommen in Oednung. Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken vorhanden, Anfahrt nur von einer Seite möglich.“

We just stayed one nicht and had a really deliciuos breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and homemade jams. And we were really pleased talking to our hosts about maths, education and many more interesting topics. It was a delightful stay and a warm welcome to the UK.“
