„Our room, booked by Expedia was very smaller than the rooms my friends booked at the same time not by Expedia. Our room was under the roof with sloping roof in the room and had no refrigerator. The rooms booked not by Expedia, all had one in the room. And our bathroom was also much smaler and older as the others.“

„Excellent check-in and clearly explained where the room was. Bed was so comfortable and everything was so clean. Breakfast was vast and delicious. The only negative was a huge brown stain on the bedroom floor carpet- this didn’t affect our stay but was just rather unsightly!“

„Leider ist ein angelieferte Covid-Test-Paket verschunden?? Die Ansicht vom Hotel auf dem Foto Täuscht, das Hotel hat etwa 150 Zimmer. Der Fußboden im Hotel ist mit Teppich ausgelegt, der wahrscheinlich nicht aus diesem Jahrhundert kommt. Preisleistung geht jedoch in Ordrnung“

„Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station) The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer. “
