„Staff was polite and attentive. However I booked a King room and received a double. Hotel was nearly at capacity and didn’t have any Kings available. I spoke with the front desk and they claimed Expedia sent the wrong booking. When checking with Expedia they claimed it was the hotel. „Very nice, clean rooms with several ports to charge phones, etc. also had great shower which is hard to find at a hotel. Friendly staff at check in & breakfast. Lot of places to eat nearby incl icharleys, Chilis, etc. Gym had all you need for a few days stay. Only minor point would be more selection at breakfast although it was still good. Would definitely stay again. “

„House Keeping during my Stay was no service!!! I had to ask for fresh Towels or go to the Front Office (Reception). No drinks in the room and the Floor in the Bathroom & the Carpet needs to be cleaned. And on my last day water was leaking in the Bathroom behind the bathtub on the left side. it seems as though it was coming from the room above. i told the personnel at the Front Office. Over all I would rate this Hotel a 3 Star rating. “

And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!“
