„The best hotel we had during our three week stay in Japan. Absolutely mesmerizing views of Lake Ashinoko ( Mount Fuji on clear days) and a private Onsen (with real Onsen Water) in every apartment. „Beautiful hotel, but it was a bit of a walk from the bus station if you’re going into Hakone. Be sure to call the hotel to have a shuttle pick you up from the nearest shuttle stop, which is down the hill from the property. „The onsens had a beautiful view and were exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, with a great view as well. There wasn’t a single thing to complain about — everything was perfect.“
