Les Javelles, house with swimming pool

Located in the heart of the Loire Valley and its castles, between Tours and Amboise, in the wine village of Vouvray, we welcome you to this charming, recently renovated house.
You will appreciate it for its comfort, its environment and its quality facilities as well as for its proximity to local shops and the main tourist sites of the region... Ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or business trip.
Not suitable for festive events.

The accommodation
This old house of 110m² on two levels has been completely renovated.
It consists of:
- On the ground floor of a living room with dining area, lounge area (with TV) and office space. An equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, refrigerator, dishes, basic necessities, etc.) and a separate toilet. A two-part terrace with a dining area and a lounge area.
- Upstairs, two attic bedrooms each with a quality Queen size bed (160x200) and plenty of storage, an office space, a bathroom with shower and double sink, and a separate toilet.
- Outside: courtyard and garden with garden furniture.

NEW: from spring 2024, an unheated swimming pool (4mx2.5m) will be available in the garden of the house, from May to September depending on weather conditions.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
It is possible to rent it jointly with a small troglodyte house that can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child ("Les Javelles et leur troglo").

Guest access
The house has two completely independent accommodations, with separate outdoor spaces.
It does not have parking: it will be possible to park in front of the house while you drop off your luggage, then you can park your vehicle in parking spaces located on the street 100 meters from the house.
The house is located in the center of Vouvray, 8 minutes walk from the shops.
This town is in the heart of the Loire Valley, an ideal central point for visiting the Loire Valley castles and vineyards. The first castles are 15 minutes away.

Other remarks
The reception and the handing over of the keys are done by appointment previously determined, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The departure is at the latest at 10:00 a.m.
The price includes household linen: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels. The beds are made on your arrival, and the cleaning on your departure (in accordance with the instructions noted in the welcome guide).
A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are at your disposal to start your stay.
